You should use the Open procedure to work with a ThinkWave
Administrator datafile after it has been accessed at least one time
on the computer using either the New or the Browse function.
Access the Open Database screen, either by simply starting
ThinkWave Administrator, or if it is already running, by clicking on
File|Open.

Open Database Screen

The Open Database screen contains links to the databases that have
been already configured on this computer. The screen shows the name
of the computer where the database is located; the name of the
database; and the ThinkWave IDs which can be used to connect to the
database.
To open the database,
o Click on the name of the computer where the database is located
o Then click on the database you want to open
o Then click on the ThinkWave ID which you want to use to login to
the database
o Finally click Open
If you want the database to open automatically, you can enable the
checkbox, Dont show this dialog in the future before clicking
Open.
If you cannot see the database you want to open, or if there are no
items in the list of databases, then:
o Double-check that you are logged into the computer with the
correct User Profile. The shortcuts in the Open Database screen are
dependant on Windows User Profiles.
o You may need to use the New function to create a new database, if
you are working with Administrator for the first time; or the Browse
function to connect to an existing database for the first time.

After you have selected the correct database and ThinkWave ID, you
will see the Login screen to authenticate your password. Type in the
appropriate password in the Password field, then click OK.
