Advanced:
Use Block scheduling if you want to create a more advanced periods
schedule. For example, if you use alternating A and B days; or
if the schedule changes depending on the day of the week; or if you
want to establish minimum days, etc.
If you switch to Block Scheduling, you need to do the following:
1. Click the Use Blocks control.
2. Define Periods
3. Create Blocks (i.e. A block; B block, Minimum Day block)
4. Click to include periods into each block. For example, if on
Mondays, only periods 1,4,5,and 7 are in session include these
periods. If a Minimum Day includes periods 1,2,3, and 4, then
include these periods into the block.
5. Important: In the Calendar interface, right-click on each day in
the term, and assign a block to each day. If you do not assign any
blocks to days in the calendar, then there will be no classes
scheduled.
