Part One

1. Open the Educator datafile. Click on Options | General.
2. Click on the ‘General’ tab to bring up the view below.
3. Ensure that ‘Enable School Mode’ is checked.





Part Two
In the same options screen;
1. Click on the ‘School Mode’ tab.
2. Ensure that ‘Automatically Synchronize upon exit’ is checked.
3. Enable ‘Next check-in should be full’
4. Enable ‘Rebuild a datafile during next synchronization’



Part Three
1. Use File | Backup feature to create a backup of the datafile (on the desktop, for example).
2. Close the Educator datafile.
3. Reopen the Educator datafile (note: reopening may take a long time)
