
After the synchronization process is complete, ThinkWave Administrator lets you print handouts for teachers that explain how to access the teachers newly-created gradebook. Each teacher receives an individual handout, which contains the teachers Teacher Start Key.
To generate the Teacher Setup Handout, go to the Reports screen.

ThinkWave Administrator also generates individual sheets for each student and parent in the database, allowing them to access their Grades Online account. Each sheet contains the parents (or students) individual Start Key code, along with instructions to follow to successfully login to the Grades Online account.
To generate the Parent (or student) Start Key report, go to the Reports screen.
It is recommended to mail the handouts to parents, rather than giving them to students to bring home.
