to:All Teachers, Semester 1, Semester 2, Semester 3, Semester 4

Time Oct. 28, 2020

Dear KD Students and Faculty,

This is a friendly reminder to remain at home if you are running a fever or if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please see a doctor and get a COVID test. Also remember to wear your mask while at school and adhere to social distancing inside and outside of the classroom.

One of our students tested positive last week and though we don't believe the student exposed the virus to classmates, we are taking the precaution of moving his classmates' classes to online instruction for the next two weeks.

Please use caution and safety procedures while not at school.  It was recently reported that the national increase in cases is coming from people between the ages of 18 and 30.

Stay healthy and safe.

If you have any questions, please email Dr. Schraeder.
