Students are continuing work on their projects on early America from the American Revolution to and through the Constitution. Student projects range from a news interview on video with George Washington and John Adams to Glogs (Internet posters) and presentations. I will be sending you the rubric via e-mail if you are interested in going over the material with your son or daughter. Presentations should be completed by the end of the week.
For homework this week, students will be answering the following question: What was the Continental Congress, and what was its significance? We have covered this in class, but I am not sure that students are putting together the pieces of the puzzle associated with colonial independence from Great Britain. So we will revisit this body for homework this Monday.
As usual, if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to drop me an e-mail at email@example.com. I also am usually available after school-even if I am working with students. So feel free to drop by.
