We are continuing our unit on pregnancy and STD prevention. Students will be working on their projects on a specific STD.  At the end of the week, students will embark on a new project in which they will be creating their own make-shift baby that they will care for around the clock the following week. Students will have to wake up in the middle of the night for the baby's 2 a.m. feeding. Students will have to send an e-mail at that hour to show that they have awaken with the baby. The point of the project is so students understand the magnitude of the responsiblity of becoming a parent. In class, students will be learning specifics involved in raising a child.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this unit or any of the delivery methods, please feel free to drop me a line at bidellb@nhalv.org.
