Students will continue presenting their projects on their Supreme Court justice early in the week. By mid-week, we will be delving into the practice of judicial review. Students will be going to the web page of the Supreme Court of the United States, and reading some cases. We will do the first one whole group, then students will analyze a ruling on their own.
Homework for this week is simple; students will answer the following question:
What is a writ of certiorari?
That's it. That should allow those who need to put the finishing touches on their justice projects to do so.
