I wanted to let the parents know that the P.E. 1 and P.E. 2 (7th - 11th grade) classes are working hard on staying fit.   To encourage the students to stay fit and eat healthy I have asked that, only if they would like to participate, to bring $1.00 to put in a jar.  The Friday that we let out for Spring Break (March 30) we will all weigh in and see who has lost the most pounds and that person will win all the money that was taken in.  I also ask that you please make sure that your student has his/her P.E. clothes and tennis shoes each day.  The only day that we do not dress out for P.E. is on Thursday's due to Chapel.
Let's encourage our children to eat healthy and exercise, and to be spiritually ground.  For this makes a healthy heart, soul, and mind.
