Grading System

Daily Grading is based on

1) if minimum activity is met: 1 mile jogging or 20 min jump rope AND pull up/push up

    10 pt if all met

2) any of the above activiy not met: 5 pt deducted; up to 3.5 pt for replacement activity

3) jogging test on Thursday every other week -- need to improve by 10 sec each time to get full point (20 pt); no improvement (16 pt); slower than before (0.5 pt deduction from 16 pt for each sec longer)

4) other announced PE test: 20 pt
