There is an error on the equations on the HW25 sheet.

The 3rd equation for ac is incorrect.  It should read: ac = (4 pi2 r)/T2.
Tis error is corrected on the file attached to HW25.

Hello Students,

Homework for tonight (I forgot to mention in class) is for you to complete the Momentum and Impulse worksheet that you worked on in class today.

Yes, both sides.

Email me at Lisa@highbluffacademy.com if you are not sure how to set up a problem.

All work turned in has been graded and grades added to ThinkWave.  Please check for M under any assignment, indicating that assignment is missing.

If you believe I have entered a grade incorrectly, please bring it to my attention immediately.

You may still turn in missing assignments for credit.  2 points late deduction for assignments not turned in on time if you were in class the day due.  Same late penalty applies if assignment was not turned in the next day you attended class after an absence.

Please bring all missing assignments on Tuesday.

Students who want to improve their score on homework or lab assignments may re-do and resubmit assignments, working from the original.  ALL problems must be reworked to replace a HW grade, not just those done incorrectly.

Hello Students,

I will be coming in today 11/17 for students to do test corrections  for physics tests 1 & 2 and AP physics tests 1 & 2 from 2:30 pm - 4 pm.

I am also willing to help students on their homework at that time.

Sincerely,

Lisa Haavig

Hey guys! I handed back your tests without entering your grades! Please keep your tests and hand them back to me when we return from break.

Also, I uploaded your homeowork for Chapter 6. This shouldn't take you long and you have the whole break to do it. If you have the Planet Earth series at home, now is a good time to bust it out and take a look at the biomes you are learning about.

Have a nice break and I'll see you on Monday the 28th.

Hey everyone,

I have graded your photosynthesis and cellular respiration worksheets. Please be sure to correct them before you begin studying them for your test. If you want to confirm whether your new answer is correct or not, feel free to email me.

PLEASE print out and bring your 2 reading guides to class tomorrow for our review. Also bring your photosynthesis worksheet from the beginning of this unit. You will be using these, in addition to the worksheets I'm going to pass back to you, for our review game.

See you tomorrow

Jenny
