In class on October 2nd, the students practiced reading Arabic and they practiced reading, memorizing, and understanding the meaning of Quran.

We practiced Arabic reading in the first 5 lines of Lesson 2 of the Noorani Qa'idah "Master Reading the Quran" book, and we did the third and fourth ayas of Surah Al-Qadr on page 124 of the "A Student's First Guide to Juz'Amma" book. 

The homework is to continue practicing reading Arabic in the first 5 lines of Lesson 2 and keep practicing and trying to memorize the first 4 ayas of Surah Al-Qadr. The students should also understand and practice the meaning of these ayas.

Today, I asked the students, in the beginning of class,  to recite Verse 1 and say its meaning and answer questions about the topics we discussed last time. I gave them grades based on their answers. 

We also memorized Verse 2 and talked about its meaning. I asked them to write the answer to the question

why did the disbelievers call Prophet Muhammad (SAAW) insane? I had them write down the answer because I will quiz them on it next time.

I also had them write the 6 Pillars of Iman and told them to memorize them because I will quiz them on it next time inshaAllah.

We covered the meaning, key Arabic words and practical usage of Surah Al Falaq and Surah Al Nas.  Students should recite these Surahs before going to bed and in the morning and evening as a protection.  
 

Students should review and correct the proper pronunciation of these two Surahs using the Quran explorer app by listening to the audio.  
 

Students should strive to achieve the course goal of memorizing Surahs 88-114.  Parents should work with their kids daily to set time for daily memorization and review of Surahs.  At least 15 min a day.

Today the students took a coloring paper in the event of the month Rabia Alaoul and his birth in Aam Alfeel to color it and give it back to me next class in sha Allah.

In Quran: 

we practiced Alfateha as usual and ma sha Allah some students recited it.

In Qaweed Norania:

we read lesson no 1 page 6. Read with your child and practice.

In sha Allah we will have our Quran chart and hang it in the class.Every student will have a sticker for reciting each sura.In the end of the year in sha Allah they will get prizes when they done with it.

In Arabic:

we revise letter أ and how we write it. Thanks for whom did their homework.

Homework:

Trace the dots write and colour letter ب  in Arabic for beginner book 2.

In class on September 29, the students practiced reading Arabic and they practiced reading, memorizing, and understanding the meaning of Quran.
