1-The students have to Study Page 6 from Noorani Qaeda because they will be quizzed in the beginning of class next week.

2- The students have to memorize the first Aya of Surat Al-Qadr because they will be quizzed and they have to say it in the beginning of next class.

Dear Parents,

AssalamuAlaikum Welcome everyone to my class. Last week we had introductions in class, so this week we started with our first letter, Alif (pg. 7 in the book). We also started Surah Al- Fatiha. Please tell your children to only do the assigned things at home, we will do everything else in the book in class. I will give the homework through updates here on Thinkwave so please don't forget to check every week. Lastly, we have school supplies in class, but I prefer if everyone has their own supplies due to Covid-19.

Alhamdulillah, we started memorizing surah Al 'Alaq today (verses 1-5). We followed  sister Asma (Hifz) from AAallama Bilqalam youtube channel. We also went through the tafsir of the first revealed verses. We as a group read the Quranic story of Al-'Alaq. 

Please help students practice the first five verses of Surah Al-'Alaq. We will inshaaAllah review these verses next class and start learning verses 5-10.
