Today we learned about The Year of the Elephant.  We learned about the word iman, and how it applies in your life.   We also talked about Al-Kab'ah and its location of Makkah.

    This Sunday we went over their test. The class was spent discussing their project. Each student will be writing in detail about the Prophet they have selected. They will write on the format of "Who is....." books. The Introduction is due on Nov. 15. The list of chapters is due on Nov. 22. The first draft of the final project is due on Jan 16. If they work on one chapter each week, they will be done well in time.

Write the introduction of the Chapter and share it with me.

Kids were assigned a project to present from Unit A. They can present on one of the following 

Prophet Ibraheem 

Prophet Ismaeel

Prohet Lut

Prohpet Yousaf

the presentation should cover the main events from the lives of the prophet, any quranic reference they can quote and the lesson learned from the story of that prophet.

Be prepared to share it with the class, presentation should be 1-2 minutes. THIS ASSIGNMENT WILL BE GRADED. You can send your project by emailing it to me at  zunaira1979@gmail.com on saturday.
