Today two students gave the presenation which was the main assignment for this semester. We also discussed about Zakat, first four caliphs and family history.

Students also attended the Muslim 360 Program for the last 20-25 minute of the class.

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته This week we revise Tashahud and lesson 3 Qaida Norania.We finished the tests also.Some students were absent I hope they are very well.Not all the students give the Arabic project,that was about to choose 5 Arabic letters and give 2 words as examples begin with for each letter.This is important for learning Arabic language.Still we will need to discuss it in class.So try to do it if you do not and bring it next time.Arabic homework is letter kaf.

Assalam alikm, In Class,we read the story about Surah AT-TAKATHUR from juz amma and write the words and meanings of Surah AT TAKATHUR in note book.we had test of Islamic months names (MashaALLAH kids did good job).we also learn that when and how to say ASTAGFIRULLAH,ALHAMDULILALLAH,ALLAH U ALBAR AND SUBHAN ALLAH with meanings.(please practice them at home) For home work;memorize 4 ayaah of Surah AT TAKATHUR .

Dear Parents,

Today we covered Unit C, Chapter 1 (Salman Al Farisi). We also started talking about the differences between praying a 4 raq'a fard, strong sunnah, and weak sunnah prayer. See the related homework below.

There were a few students who missed the test last week due to their travels. Those students will take the test next week. Until they take the test, their report cards will show a missing grade and their final grade will be affected by this. Once they take the test, final grades will be re-calculated. 

Homework for Jan 19th: Fill in the attached worksheet showing the steps for praying a 4 raq'a fard prayer, strong sunnah prayer and weak sunnah prayer. The first two raqas of a fard prayer has already been filled for you as an example. As a guideline you can watch the videos from the following web site:

For the fard prayer: pick any 4 raq'a fard prayer (e.g., dhur, asr, isha)

For the strong sunnah prayer: pick first sunnah of dhur prayer
